Staff Accountant

Responsibilities
+ Create and post general ledger entries by organizing and maintaining documentation for recurring and adjusting transactions.
+ Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts each month and prepare detailed schedules to support financial, managerial, and accounting reports.
+ Examine general ledger activity to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper account classification.
+ Contribute to month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities to support timely, reliable financial reporting.
+ Assist with external audits by preparing reconciliations, schedules, and required supporting materials.
+ Perform additional tasks within the Accounting and Finance Department as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
+ At least 2 years of experience as a staff accountant, including work with general ledger maintenance, period closes, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliations.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lansdale, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Lansdale,PA.
