Summary:

Our client, a growing PE-backed company in Mount Laurel, NJ, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. This is a growth role with a clear path to Senior Accountant. Interested candidates should have a degree in accounting or finance, and 1-3 years of operational accounting experience. This role will be filled on a contract-to-hire basis, with a salary range of $50k- $65k, depending on experience.

Position Summary:

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivablePerform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledgerAssist with month-end close and financial reportingPrepare journal entries and support audit documentationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data

Technical Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting or Finance2-4+ years of accounting experience (AP/AR, reconciliations, GL)Proficient within an ERP systemProficiency within Excel, Pivot tables preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple priorities
