We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join a fast-growing, private equity-backed company that is transforming its industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who wants to gain broad exposure to full-cycle accounting and contribute to a dynamic, high-growth environment.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post journal entries and perform account reconciliations.Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.Support Accounts Payable and other transactional accounting activities.Help prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP.Assist with audits and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate financial data.Participate in special projects as the company continues to scale.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2–3+ years of accounting experience, including exposure to month-end close.Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.Proficiency in NetSuite is required.Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.CPA designation is a plus, but not required.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Why Work Here
