Description
+ Manage lifecycle activities for key master data records, including setup, updates, and deactivation for customers, products, and vendors.
+ Establish and monitor appropriate segregation of duties within financial systems to ensure compliance and integrity.
+ Support the upkeep and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
+ Develop and uphold data governance policies, including naming standards and classification protocols.
+ Detect and correct data quality issues such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
+ Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on data requirements.
+ Provide training and guidance to users on optimal data entry practices and system usage.
+ Assist with financial close activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including reporting in HFM.
+ Apply accounting principles to interpret company financials and monthly transactions.
+ Administer 1099 data and oversee the generation of related forms.
Qualifications
•Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance.
•Understanding of GAAP with IFRS knowledge a plus.
•Minimum 2+ years in financial role, business development, or accounting role.
•Ability to collaborate with a multi-cultural and cross-functional team.
•Independent, inquisitive and an initiative-taker.
•Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, and Excel).
•Understanding of business intelligence tool.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $39.00/hr.
