About the Team
As part of the Tech Strategy and Operations team, you will be part of the Global Tech org that supports the US segment. We handle the behind-the-scenes complexity and manage the chaos so that our leaders can focus on vision, innovation, and impact. We drive the execution cadence and track performance, playing a critical role in enabling Walmart’s tech organization to scale efficiently and innovate boldly.
What you’ll do
• Operating Rhythm & Accountability. Establish and manage structured forums for technology partners to ensure delivery of key business outcomes and foster accountability across teams. On a typical day, you might run the staff meeting, organize an offsite, and report out on key metrics.
• Performance Monitoring. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs),ensuring initiatives are aligned with Walmart’s strategic goals and financial targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration. Build and maintain trusted relationships with engineering, product management, finance, and other stakeholders to drive seamless execution and shared success.
• Strategic Advisor. Act as a thought partner to leadership, contributing to special
projects and high-impact business initiatives through data-driven insights and
strategic recommendations.
What you’ll bring
• At least 4 years of experience in business operations, program management, or finance, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Exceptional sense of ownership with a track record of driving performance through metrics
• Highly organized, combined with a strong command of the details
• Analytical mindset with superior problem-solving skills and a data driven approach to decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and engineering best practices

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10866:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
