Position Summary...What you'll do...At Sam’s Club, the Staff, Technology Operations role is a strategic program management position responsible for leading the execution of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role is pivotal in aligning technology programs with business priorities, ensuring financial discipline, and driving operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in program management, financial planning, stakeholder engagement, and technology strategy to deliver measurable business impact.What you’ll do…Lead cross-functional technology programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and financial goals.Develop and manage program budgets, provide inputs for AOPs and LRPs, and project ROI.Estimate resources and assess risks for successful program delivery.Monitor progress against milestones, resolve issues, and maintain program health.Translate business needs into integrated program plans and drive execution across multiple tracks.Build strong stakeholder relationships, communicate clearly, and influence decisions.Stay current on technology trends and apply insights to business strategies.Mentor associates, foster team development, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and integrity.What You'll Bring…Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.7+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a technology operations environment.Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and ROI analysis.Proficiency in program management tools, risk assessment frameworks, and reporting systems.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.Certification/knowledge of large-scale scrum management, such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe certification).A background in Retail Technology.PMP CertificationProgram Management experience in Product Delivery.Minimum Qualifications:

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
