Position Summary...Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. What You’ll Do

Design and build GPU/Accelerator infrastructure to support large-scale training and inference workloads.Demonstrate strong understanding of data science concepts and transformer-based architectures to collaborate effectively with ML teams.Develop and implement LLM fine-tuning strategies, including quantization techniques for optimized performance.Deploy inference pipelines at scale with a focus on LLM optimization, ensuring low latency and high throughput.Architect and build data engineering and ETL pipelines leveraging GPUs using frameworks like Dask and Apache Spark.Drive innovation and cross-functional collaboration, influencing best practices and emerging technologies across teams.

What You’ll bring

10-14 years in an infrastructure, systems, engineering or development environment delivering operational excellence to highly complex distributed systems.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience of 10+ years.HPC and Distributed computing mindset Knowledge of ML, AI, Pandas, Spark, GPU programmingAbility to code any of the above mentioned technologies/packagesAttitude to learn and research new concepts and approachesAbility to communicate well and willingness to help across teamsGood understanding of computer architecture(GPU and CPU) and Computer science fundamentals
