Position Summary...We are seeking a seasoned Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our external data analytics engine. This platform ingests and processes billions of data points to enhance Walmart’s product catalog, pricing intelligence, and attribute enrichment. About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our external data analytics engine. This platform ingests and processes billions of data points to enhance Walmart’s product catalog, pricing intelligence, and attribute enrichment. You will work closely with data science, engineering, and business stakeholders to define the roadmap, prioritize features, and deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable impact across Walmart’s digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the product vision and roadmap for the engine, aligning with Walmart’s broader merchandising and pricing strategies.Analyze data quality and usage to inform feature priorities and business valueCollaborate with data scientists and engineers to define and refine data ingestion pipelines, enrichment algorithms, and performance metrics.Translate complex data capabilities into intuitive product features that support internal teams in catalog optimization, pricing accuracy, and competitive benchmarking.Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization with a strong focus on business value and technical feasibility.Partner with stakeholders across merchandising, pricing, and product content to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs.Monitor product performance, usage patterns, and data quality to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in data-intensive or analytics-focused roles.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and large-scale data processing (experience building and refining very large scale systems).Experience working with data science teams on machine learning or statistical modeling projects.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.Familiarity with retail, e-commerce, or catalog management is highly desirable.

Preferred:

Experience with external data sourcing, web scraping, or third-party data integration.Background in pricing intelligence, product taxonomy, or attribute enrichment.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
