Staff, Product Manager
Position Summary...As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to identify, design, and deliver breakthrough solutions across complex domains with high business impact. You’ll own end-to-end product lifecycle activities from discovery through delivery, with the autonomy to frame new opportunities and influence key technical and business decisions. You’ll operate as a key voice of the customer, combining analytical rigor, user empathy, and business acumen to shape product strategies and roadmaps that drive measurable value. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and are eager to explore uncharted product spaces, guide innovation, and elevate team performance across product and engineering.

You’ll serve as the connective tissue between user insights, technical feasibility, and strategic business alignment — driving consensus among senior stakeholders, engineering leads, designers, and customer-facing teams. The role requires strong ownership, storytelling ability, domain fluency, and comfort with decision-making at scale. Success will be measured not just by feature delivery, but by outcomes tied to adoption, user satisfaction, business impact, and long-term platform scalability.

What you'll do...

You will define and execute a phased roadmap for a complex product line, grounded in user needs and aligned with company priorities. Within your first 90–120 days, you will lead the planning, rollout, and optimization of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), using an iterative development cycle to validate hypotheses, measure outcomes, and refine user experience. Working with analytics, research, and stakeholder input, you’ll lead end-to-end decisions on trade-offs, backlog priorities, and scaling strategies — consistently using a data-informed and customer-centric lens.

You will also articulate clear product strategies and narratives, using data and storytelling to influence cross-functional alignment and secure organizational commitment. By proactively identifying cross-functional dependencies, risks, and resource constraints, you’ll navigate ambiguity and unlock paths forward — both for near-term feature delivery and long-term innovation.

As a domain expert, you will explore first-principles thinking to identify new market or customer problem spaces, develop differentiated product visions, and articulate the unit economics and value proposition of emerging solutions. Your daily work will reflect deep awareness of go-to-market strategies, business model considerations, and technology implications, with a focus on scalable product architecture and system integrity.

You will also foster a culture of feedback, ownership, and learning — mentoring other PMs, contributing to product rituals, and guiding teams through customer journeys, experimentation, and measurable iteration.

What You'll Bring

You bring years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven record of launching high-impact, user-centric software products at scale. You have strong data fluency and a working knowledge of product analytics, experimentation, and hypothesis testing, allowing you to make confident decisions based on evidence and trade-offs. You demonstrate exceptional communication and consensus-building skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders toward a common vision in both ambiguous and high-stakes environments.

You are comfortable diving into technical conversations about architecture, data flows, APIs, and platform strategy, and can bridge between user problems and technical solutions effectively. You have a strong understanding of agile development practices, lean experimentation, and customer discovery techniques, and you know how to balance short-term delivery with long-term product thinking.

You show clear evidence of the Achiever Pattern — consistent upward mobility, peer recognition, impact-led roles, and the ability to take ownership in unclear or undefined environments. Your ability to lead without authority, anticipate stakeholder concerns, and influence decision-making reflects your emotional intelligence and situational awareness.

You bring domain-level expertise across multiple subdomains, continuously benchmark your product approach against market leaders, and are proactive in identifying automation opportunities and cross-functional process improvements.
