Job Description
Stackers are essential production workers responsible for supporting the manufacturing plant and operators on various product lines. The role involves lifting heavy bags of flour and ingredients, loading them on pallets, moving products along a line, and making and packing boxes.
Shifts include 1st shift from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday-Friday,
2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm Monday-Friday,
3rd shift from 10:30 pm to 7 am Sunday-Thursday.
ResponsibilitiesLift and stack heavy bags weighing up to 75 lbs.Load products onto pallets efficiently.Assist in moving products along the production line.Make and pack boxes for distribution.Adhere to GMP/SOP guidelines, including wearing hair nets and glasses.Essential SkillsAbility to work in a GMP/SOP environment.Experience in manual labor and production work.Good attendance record and ability to work swiftly.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in a highly intensive and physical work environment, preferably in manufacturing GMP.Skills in lifting, bagging, stacking, and loading heavy bags.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a food manufacturing setting that complies with all CGMP and HAACP guidelines. The production floor is not climate-controlled, resulting in cold conditions during winter and hot conditions during summer. Work boots are required, and adherence to CGMP policies is mandatory, including no jewelry and wearing appropriate hair netting. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pennsauken, New Jersey.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
