**Job Title: SSF - 2nd Shift Production** Responsibilities + Prep and assemble products to specification. + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. + Ensure cases and pallets are configured safely and according to standards. + Maintain scheduled production to meet team business goals. + Maintain regular and consistent punctual attendance. + Operate manual and automated processing equipment. + Communicate any work-related or personal issues to management. + Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Essential Skills + Attention to detail. + Ability to understand and follow written and verbal policies, guidelines, specifications, and safety standards. + Basic math and English skills. + Capability to work overtime as required. + Ability to communicate effectively with management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in general labor, packaging, food production, food manufacturing, and food handling. + Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards. + Ability to perform heavy lifting. + Flexible schedule to accommodate production needs.
