This role requires attention to detail, adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to work in a flexible, dynamic environment. Responsibilities + Prep and assemble products according to specifications. + Comply with HACCP-plan and food safety requirements. + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. + Ensure cases and pallets are configured safely and according to standards. + Maintain scheduled production to meet team business goals. + Maintain regular and punctual attendance. + Notify management of any potential food safety or quality issues. + Deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables. + Understand and follow written and verbal policies, guidelines, and safety standards. + Work overtime as required, even on short notice. + Work on a flexible schedule based on production needs, with start times varying by up to 2 hours. + Perform basic math operations. + Operate manual and automated processing equipment. + Communicate issues to management, whether work-related or personal. + Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Perform other duties as assigned.
