Responsibilities + Prepare and assemble products according to specifications. + Comply with HACCP-plan and food safety requirements. + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. + Ensure cases and pallets are configured safely and according to standards. + Maintain a scheduled production flow to meet team business goals. + Ensure regular and punctual attendance. + Notify management of any potential food safety or quality issues. + Handle standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. + Pay attention to detail. + Understand written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications, and safety standards. + Work overtime as required, even on short notice. + Operate both manual and automated processing equipment. + Communicate with management regarding any issues, whether work-related or personal. + Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Perform other duties as assigned.
