You will be responsible for the development and implementation of programs composed to improve client happiness and operational efficiency. **What You’ll Do:** + Identify and address gaps in workplace engagement initiatives through comprehensive evaluations and benchmarking using project and program management guidelines. + Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to workplace experience, including visitor feedback and service usage. + Develop and supervise performance indicators to measure the success of programs passionate about improving the office atmosphere. + Ability to "hold the ball” and keep things moving even when waiting on others’ contributions + Provide administrative and receptionist services to ensure a flawless experience for clients and visitors. + Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Ability to work with partners of all levels, and ensure decisions are grounded in client and team outcomes + Analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. Coordinate and lead all aspects of the execution of workplace experience programs, ensuring they meet client and visitor happiness goals. + Communicate optimally with stakeholders by exchanging straightforward information, asking questions, and checking for understanding. What You’ll Need: + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + ce products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Strong organizational skills with a proactive and inquisitive mindset. + Intermediate math skills, with the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial-related figures + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in straightforward situations. + Ability to work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
