Sr. Warehouse Coordinator
**About the Role** We’re seeking a Sr.Warehouse Coordinator to join our pharmaceutical client’s team on-site in Indianapolis,IN. This Monday–Friday, 1st shift position ensures materials are received,stored, and shipped accurately to support critical operations. You’ll play akey role in maintaining efficient warehouse processes, handling documentation,and supporting inventory control—all while contributing to the safe and timelydistribution of pharmaceutical products. **What You’ll Do** + Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks. + Tracks shipments, processing, scanning, and shelving of parts, pulling orders, and data entry into computerized inventory control systems. + Pack and unpack shipments. This includes processing, scanning, and shelving parts and pulling orders. Ensure data in the inventory control system is accurate. + Manage incoming shipments from UPS, FedEx, and other logistics providers. + Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records. + Pull packages, open, and verify against purchase orders. + Enter received items into the warehouse management system and troubleshoot discrepancies or documentation issues with shipments. + Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records. **What You’ll Need** + High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. + Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs. + An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required. + Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval. + Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner. + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset. + General math skills. Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $145,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
