**About the Role:**
The Sr. Warehouse Coordinator will provide comprehensive service and support for warehouse operations at a pharmaceutical client site in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This role is responsible for managing complex shipping and receiving tasks, handling materials, and ensuring timely delivery of mail and supplies across the facility.
A strong focus is placed on accuracy, efficiency, and customer service, as the coordinator serves as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders. By maintaining smooth warehouse workflows and reliable supply chain support, this position plays an essential role in enabling the client’s operational and scientific success.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks.
+ Pack and unpack shipments. This includes processing, scanning, and shelving parts and pulling orders. Ensure data in the inventory control system is accurate.
+ Maintain clean and safe working environments. Sweep and mop floors, remove objects from high-traffic areas, etc.
+ Manage deliveries of mail, stationary supplies, bottled water, janitorial items, and light boxes to staff and departments.
+ Support logistics across an expanding campus, including existing facilities, leased office space, and new construction areas serving approximately 500 employees.
+ Ensure timely, accurate distribution of materials while maintaining strong customer service and communication with internal stakeholders.
+ Process and verify inventory movement transactions and stock levels. Coordinate with warehouse managers to help with the cycle counting process for each area.
+ Reconcile discrepancies in asset records. Review warehouse inventory audit reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
+ Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.
+ Must hold an active, valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
+ An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
+ Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
+ Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
+ General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team.
