Job Description A prominent financial services and insurance organization seeks a UX Designer to support several design workstreams within their digital group. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality interaction and usability design while collaborating with design systems, foundation review teams, and cross‑functional partners. Responsibilities include: -A strong understanding of usability, end‑to‑end flows, and user instincts to craft thoughtful design processes -Ability to work within predefined design systems and adapt existing components appropriately. -Leverage existing design libraries, brand components, color palettes, and system patterns. -Conduct usability testing and translate findings into actionable design improvements. Skills and Requirements -Proven experience (7+ years) working in creative and UX-focused design, with emphasis on interaction design. -Experience with both web and mobile design platforms -Experience conducting usability testing -Proficiency with Figma -Familiarity working with design libraries, brand components, and structured design systems. -Portfolio required to present; password‑protected preferred. -Experience with IOS26 (LiquidGlass) -General Assembly UX certification or similar training. -Experience supporting large, process‑heavy organizations. -Experience with production design -Experience with Sketch
