Our team develops and operates tools that detect and prevent outages to maintain high availability across global infrastructure. We're seeking a talented Sr. UX Designer to help visualize complex data and create interfaces that enable our customers to quickly identify and resolve issues. The team is responsible for building intelligent and real-time insights into service and network availability. Your designs will support visibility into anomalous service behavior to prevent and quickly recover from incidents, ensuring high availability to keep the Customer Promise. To succeed, you must be a strategic thinker who can transform complex business problems into clear, actionable technical specifications and user experiences. As a Sr. UX Designer, you'll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to create intuitive interfaces for issue identification, incident management and communication, and troubleshooting. You'll transform complex operational data into clear, actionable visualizations that help teams maintain system reliability. Your work will not only solve today's challenges but help define the future of how we visualize and act on operational data.
