Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Sr. UAT Tester to join their team. As a Sr. UAT Tester, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the Digital Banking and Automation teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Sr. UAT Tester
**Location: Charlotte, NC**
**Pay Range: $60-$65**
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various banking applications and digital platforms.
+ Collaborate with banking and customer teams to understand testing requirements and scenarios.
+ Develop and execute automation scripts to streamline testing processes.
+ Build and maintain automation frameworks to support ongoing testing needs.
+ Identify, document, and track issues, ensuring timely resolution and quality delivery.
**What's Needed?**
+ **Commercial Banking experience is required.**
+ Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing from a customer and/or banker perspective.
+ Experience with ATM, Mobile Banking, and Digital banking platforms.
+ Proven automation framework development and scripting skills.
+ Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and automation expertise.
