Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Quality Assurance, Requirement Analysis, and Agile/Scrum environments, along with a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various software testing methodologies. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Participate in requirement analysis to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios Perform functional, regression, system, and exploratory testing across multiple web browsers Identify, document, track, and validate defects using established defect tracking processes and tools Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile environment Effectively prioritize tasks and manage work according to project timelines Ensure compliance with QA standards, processes, and best practices Clearly communicate testing progress, risks, and results through written and verbal communication Qualifications & Experience Required Experience and Technical Skills 57 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Development, and Agile/Scrum environments 57 years of experience in Requirement Analysis and active participation throughout the SDLC Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices Hands-on experience testing web-based applications using different browsers and platforms Knowledge of programming languages to support test design, debugging, or automation efforts Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Solid working knowledge of defect tracking processes and tools About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
