Spark Hire 2. 1 Hour interview with Subject Matter Expert 3. 30 min interview with client **Job Description** The Technical QA Lead will lead database integration and data validation projects within the banking environment. They must have strong banking experience and familiarity with DataHub, including data flow for loans, deposits, and related domains. Expertise in working with databases such as Netezza and DB2 (mainframes) is essential. Focus on handling integration tasks primarily involving Loans and Deposits domains. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience + Financial Services or Banking Experience REQUIRED + Strong QA/testing background with ability to derive robust tests from capturing requirements from technical team and users + Proven experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments + Communication (verbal, written and listening), planning, organizing, analytical, project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills + Ability to analyze data and arrive at a logical conclusion + Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers + Ability to evaluate production situations and current information to determine the appropriate course of action and execute decisions + Ability to operate in a dynamic change environment ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
