Key job responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional program execution for Relay freight marketplace, driving strategic initiatives (S-Team, OLT goals) that power Amazon's transportation system at scale.

• Own end-to-end program delivery including roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and operational excellence while coordinating technical migrations and security compliance initiatives within SLA.

• Partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and Business teams to define requirements, prioritize carrier-facing features and internal tools, and ensure successful delivery across distributed teams using Agile methodologies.

• Champion Gen-AI adoption across teams to accelerate delivery through intelligent automation, documentation, and process optimization while defining program strategy for AI-powered freight marketplace features leveraging Agentcore and Bedrock.

• Drive operational excellence by establishing metrics, monitoring system health, coordinating incident response, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across RSPT's global freight marketplace ecosystem.
