We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-organizational programs spanning multiple L8 organizations. This role will be at the center of some of our most strategic initiatives, including conversational and agentic AI investments, platform modernization, and large-scale system integration across Search, Discovery, and Buying Journey experiences.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end delivery of large, cross-org technical programs, spanning multiple teams, roadmaps, and senior stakeholders.
* Drive execution of AI-powered initiatives, including conversational experiences, agentic workflows, and ML-driven discovery capabilities.
* Partner closely with engineering, science, product, and design leaders to translate ambiguous business goals into well-defined technical programs.
* Define program structure, milestones, success metrics, and dependency management across multiple L8 organizations.
* Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and ensure alignment across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
* Establish operating mechanisms (WBRs, MBRs, roadmap reviews, design reviews) that enable scalable execution.
* Influence technical direction by contributing to architecture discussions, tradeoff analysis, and long-term platform strategy.
* Communicate clearly and concisely with senior leadership, including Directors and VPs, through written narratives and executive updates.
