Sr. Tech Communication Developer
What You'll Do We’re looking for a Technical Communications Developer to join our Document Services team. In this role, you’ll serve as a team member on the Compensation as a Service team (CaaS), partnering with team members as a liaison between Business Units and the vendor service platform that will be completing projects. You will help define improvements and implement the updates to the operational service model, collaborate with the business requestors and vendor to help ensure work is prioritized appropriately, ensure completeness of requirements through the request process, and partner with the vendor and team members to ensure work is getting completed timely and accurately. You will also use the vendor platform to create and change digital communications requested by the business. Additional accountabilities: Ability to identify and pursue opportunities to improve systems, processes, and services. Assist in developing processes, procedures, workflows, and system improvements to support business goals. Assist in creating and updating stakeholder sites to ensure clarity of service model changes. Acting as a subject matter expert and execute on work requests through delivery to the business. Assist with creating metrics and monitoring trends to suggest service improvements and business development opportunities. Supporting vendor interactions as needed. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience Experience with project work and facilitating cross-functional collaboration Excellent communicator Experience managing 3rd party vendors Strong interpersonal skills Organized and adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach. Strategic and changed minded Proven ability to manage conflict. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $70000 - $109200 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible Yes Work Environments This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, Raleigh, NC, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
