Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support tax staff and senior associates in their day‑to‑day workOversee a portfolio of ongoing tax engagements, ensuring accurate execution and timely deliveryConduct research on complex tax matters and provide recommendationsReview and sign off on individual and business tax returnsPrepare advanced and technical tax filings as neededMaintain strong working relationships with internal team members and external stakeholdersAssist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and departmental successParticipate in business development efforts when appropriateHandle additional tax‑related tasks as assignedQualificationsActive CPA license (required)Minimum 6+ years of experience within a public accounting or tax-focused environmentBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; advanced tax degree preferredProven experience managing multiple clients and tax engagements simultaneouslyStrong technical knowledge of tax concepts for individuals and various business entitiesProficiency with common tax and office software Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and in person
