**What You’ll Do**
**•** Operate as a deeply embedded, strategic talent advisor to the business—partnering closely with leaders to shape workforce planning, influence hiring decisions, and drive long‑term talent strategies.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for critical functions including project management, sales, and account management, ensuring readiness for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop, execute, and continuously improve recruiting programs, talent attraction strategies, and advertising approaches that elevate both candidate quality and hiring outcomes.
• Source creatively and intentionally across platforms, networks, and communities to uncover top talent early and strengthen our market presence.
• Guide hiring managers and teams through best‑in‑class staffing processes, regulatory requirements, competency‑based interviewing, and broader career planning conversations.
• Use data, insights, and market intelligence to influence decisions, identify trends, and drive measurable improvements to recruiting performance and business results.
• Support internal mobility and external hiring across entry‑level to senior‑level roles, while assisting in executive‑level searches when needed.
• Leverage your deep expertise in recruiting principles and talent strategy to solve complex challenges and introduce innovative, forward‑thinking solutions.
• Coach, mentor, and collaborate across teams while modeling CBRE’s RISE values and fostering alignment, trust, and shared accountability.
• Ensure full compliance by accurately tracking staffing processes, documentation, and hiring activity.
• Communicate clearly—even when navigating complex, sensitive, or high‑impact conversations—to influence outcomes and build consensus.
• Work on‑site three days per week from our state‑of‑the‑art San Francisco office, strengthening relationships and accelerating collaboration with your business partners.
**What You’ll Need**
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5–8 years of progressive recruiting experience; equivalent experience and education will be considered.
• Strong decision‑making skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize multiple data sources to guide recommendations.
• A forward‑thinking mindset with a willingness to challenge existing approaches and introduce new, strategic solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools—with the ability to leverage these for reporting, tracking, and insights.
