What You'll Do + Design and develop cloud-based search solutions that power both our digital channels and in-store systems + Create robust, high-performance microservices that can withstand enterprise-level traffic + Collaborate with a tight-knit team of elite developers through peer design and code reviews + Troubleshoot complex problems with minimal supervision + Mentor less experienced team members while continuously growing your own skills + Work directly with product owners to understand their needs and to shape the future of our technology stack + Operate in an Agile environment focused on incremental, high-impact delivery What You Bring to the Team + Are you an Enterprise-level Developer? + Enterprise mindset with a startup-like passion for innovation + Outstanding problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking – you thrive on complex technical challenges + Quality obsession – you write code that's robust, testable via automation, and maintainable + 8-15 years of hands-on software development experience, including: + 5+ years of Java + 2+ years of Spring framework, Spring Boot + 3+ years of Python + 3+ years of Cloud Development in GCP (preferred) or other Cloud environments + Experience with modern SCM tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field + Self-driven attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies + Wait, isn't Search experience required?!
