The Sr Systems Analyst will support USI’s program effort for our Commercial Programs business. The system is ConceptOne. Will work with the team to support systems capabilities to enable the business to grow.
Duties and Responsibilities
Application configuration and enhancement
Design and configure new programs and procedures within ConceptOneImplement forms, correspondence, and other documentsDevelop and maintain the reporting for applicationDevelop SQL queries to support workflow processes and other configuration itemsWork with Business Analyst to design configuration of enhancements and projects, create test plans to verify logic of new or modified processes, reports, screens etc.Provide operational support to businessConfiguration management
Create and maintain configuration design documentationAdhere to and advise on configuration standardsPlan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environmentsCoordinate release of configuration enhancements, program changes and software version releasesCommunicate changes, enhancements, and modifications –through written documentation – to management, peers, staff, and end usersProvides advice and training to application support teamSystem administration
Maintains system documentationParticipate in IT governance and prioritizationServe as part of a team responsible for maintaining ConceptOne system availabilityCollaborate with hardware, OS, DBA, Citrix infrastructure team members to ensure proper integration of the environmentSkills
Experience in ConceptOne application is a requirement.Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications.Experience with SQL DevelopmentExperience with Reporting tools such as SSRS or Power BI is desirableExperience with Infomaker is highly desirableExcellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools.Display and execute logical and complex troubleshooting methods.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiativeOutstanding attention to detail with superior time management skills.Demonstrated ability to work successfully with a diverse group of users.Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly and well required.Experience
BS in Information Sciences or similar discipline 3 -5 yrs of experience in a Systems Analyst role Experience with ConceptOne is required SQL experience is required P&C insurance experience is desirable Experience with Infomaker is highly desirable Experience with MS SSRS is a plus

Salary Range: $100,000- $115,000. This is a bonus eligible position with a target incentive of 10%.
