Reporting to the Associate Director, Regional MKT, the Sr. Supervisor is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for lead generation and supporting Talent Acquisition Operations. The role includes leading and mentoring creative teams, ensuring high-quality execution across digital channels and content production.Responsibilities:
Builds, plans, and implements the overall social media marketing strategy.Designs and runs lead generation campaigns for Talent Acquisition teams. Proven expertise in lead generation for talent attraction is required. Experience generating high-volume leads for BPO is a strong plus.Builds leads projections based on specific hiring needs. Proposes ad strategies accordingly to meet social media contribution goals.Oversees and guides creative/content teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.Prepares and manages the digital marketing budget assigned locally.Manages all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)Coordinates the creation of digital content aligned with global communication strategies and local market specifics.Leads end-to-end digital projects: landing pages, SEM campaigns, YouTube ads, etc., in partnership with the manager.Maintains a strong and consistent brand voice across social channels to boost employer branding and recruitment engagement.Creates editorial calendars and syndication schedules.Provides ongoing optimization via Business Manager.Analyzes and communicates performance results, providing actionable insights and improvement suggestions.Regularly captures and interprets social data/metrics, applying insights to improve results.Delivers weekly and monthly reports with performance analysis.You will be successful if you are:
Develop and manage innovative Talent Acquisition campaigns that generate qualified leads.Have proven success in high-impact lead generation campaigns, particularly for large-scale hiring.Demonstrate strong organizational, listening, and people skills — these are 100% a must.Are creative thinker with the ability to lead content and creative teams toward excellence.Work effectively with internal creative teams to develop standout employment branding materials.Provide out-of-the-box ideas that directly support business objectives.Understand and manage budget constraints while ensuring effective results.Expand the company’s employer brand presence across all relevant digital channels.Internal Career Path Policies
