**Project Manager – Creative Campaigns & Brand Communications** **Location : Either in Abbott Park, Illinois OR St. Paul MN** **Duration: 12 months ++** **PR: $40-45/hr** **🔍** **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Project Manager** to lead the execution of strategic, creative campaigns and brand communications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategists, designers, writers, and creative directors to bring bold ideas to life — enhancing Abbott’s brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms. **🎯** **Key Responsibilities** **Project Leadership** + Lead the planning and execution of multiple creative marketing projects from inception through completion. + Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strategically driven campaigns that align with brand objectives and business goals. + Serve as the central point of contact for internal partners, creative teams, and external vendors. + Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining project documentation in project management systems. + Manage and track project expenditures, resource forecasting, and key performance metrics. + Implement scope change and project close-out processes, including lessons learned and continuous improvement. + Facilitate clear roles and responsibilities across project teams and stakeholders. + Lead the PM team’s collaboration with Operations to improve planning and performance tracking. + Proactively identify project risks and issues and escalate to leadership as needed. + Ensure all creative work aligns with the Abbott brand and reflects its values and standards. **✅** **Qualifications** + **3–5+ years of project management experience in a creative agency** is required. + Experience in a **healthcare or regulated industry** is highly desirable. + Strong skills in **proofreading, detail orientation** , and quality control. + Proficiency with **project management tools** (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Trello, or similar). + Strong command of **Microsoft Office Suite** including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a **highly matrixed, fast-paced, and geographically diverse environment** . + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels. + Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently. + Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence.
