**We are looking for** **Sr. Marketing Specialist** 📍 **Location:** Abbott Park, IL 60064 (Onsite) 💼 **Pay Rate:** $45-48.00/hour 🗓 **Experience Level:** 7+ years required **Key Responsibilities** **Project Leadership & Strategy** + Lead multiple large-scale creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing goals. + Collaborate with strategists, writers, designers, and creative directors to craft insight-driven campaigns that engage and activate audiences. + Serve as a central point of contact for business partners and creative teams. + Champion brand consistency and elevate creative output across print, digital, and experiential channels. + Manage scope, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks and resolving project-related challenges. + Maintain and document project plans using project management tools, ensuring clear communication and accountability across stakeholders. + Influence the creative development process with brand-aligned thinking and solutions. **Team & Process Excellence** + Mentor junior project team members, sharing best practices in project leadership and workflow optimization. + Work cross-functionally with the Operations team to deliver accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting of project metrics and budgets. + Lead post-project assessments to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement. **Qualifications** + **7+ years of experience** in project management, preferably within a **creative agency or in-house agency setting** . + Experience in **healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries** strongly preferred. + Proven track record of managing **large-scale, multi-channel creative campaigns** . + Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, MS Project, etc.). + Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Strong attention to detail, with excellent proofreading and documentation abilities. + Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a **highly matrixed, fast-paced environment** . + Comfortable working with both remote and co-located teams. + Strong verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels.
