Sr. Specialist, Work Authorization

Key job responsibilities • Act as a subject matter expert for candidates, employees and business partners in the USA and respond to customer queries within SLA. • Create and improve standard operating procedures. • Manage new work customer intakes from various business stakeholders. • Operate and improve standard operating procedures to deliver new hire compliance defect reduction. • Operate and improve standard procedures to deliver an improved employee experience. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $187,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
