And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts. **Job Summary** The **Senior Solution Architect, D&T, SAP MM/WM** requires in-depth knowledge and experience and is accountable for collaborating with the DTC team in various locations to define, deliver and support IT enabled business solutions for the Procurement/Material Management/Warehouse Management. This role will also help determine business needs and design & deliver technical solutions for these areas. The role handles the delivery of Procurement/Material Management, Materials Management, Warehousing and Sourcing including project delivery, system configuration and enhancement plus production support in alignment with West D&T and company policies and procedures. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Possess understanding of the overall vision and business needs and utilizes this knowledge to collaborate with business to define detailed business requirements. This includes interpreting any issues and recommending solutions or best practices. + Utilizes knowledge of best practices to define strategic direction, determine business needs and design and deliver technical Material Management/Warehouse Management solution. + Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements. + Essential member of agile sprint team(s) to configure and develop optimal technical solutions / features. + Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements as described in User Stories. + Uses breadth of expertise to solve complex problems. Provide system support and maintenance in alignment with standards and process set within the ERP Services Delivery model, West policies and procedures as well as Regulatory requirements including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley and FDA GMP. + Create and maintain system lifecycle documents in accordance with West policies and procedures, including creation and maintenance of SOPs, SOIs and Job Aids. + Work within and participates in the Change Control process. + Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules. + Exhibit regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance. + Other duties as assigned **Additional Responsibilities** **Education** + Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field **Work Experience** + Minimum 6 years 6-8 years of relevant experience required **Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Deep expertise, understanding and knowledge of SAP – system functionality and technical understanding of MM, LE, WM and related areas (QM, PM, MM, PP)Must be up to date on latest ERP release. + HANA knowledge preferred, ideally actively involved in implementation of Procurement/MM on HANA + Ability to work in a virtual environment in a global organization and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. + Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced & complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; utilize sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency. + Proficient English language skills + Willingness to global travel + Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description + Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target + Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policy at all times **License and Certifications** **Travel Requirements** 10%: Up to 26 business days per year **Additional Requirements** + Occasional on-call work required **What We Offer** **Shift** 12PM - 9PM IST.
