Sr. Solution Architect

Guided by its vision to fuel the future of work, Automation Anywhere helps organizations worldwide boost productivity, accelerate growth, and unleash human potential. **Responsibilities:** •Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions tailored to business requirements, ensuring scalability and performance. •Experienced in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solution architecture designs to multiple audiences requiring an ability to context switch in levels of technical depth across AI/ML technologies and platforms. •Provide guidance and best practices to development teams on AI agent implementations. •Engage customers in technical solution delivery discussions, challenge their questions, guide clear outcomes, and communicate technical and value propositions. •Program Governance: Oversee the overall program structure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to governance frameworks. •Solution Delivery : Technical skill sufficiency to understand various solution components and able to guide the team/customer in leveraging the capabilities appropriately •Quality Assurance: Review deliverables, monitor service quality, and ensure compliance with customer expectations and contractual obligations. •Customer Advocacy: Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment on goals. •Risk Oversight: Identify high-level risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring proactive management of potential escalations. •Stakeholder Communication: Conduct regular steering committee meetings and executive-level briefings to report on program status and outcomes. •Strategic Guidance: Provide direction on scaling AI solutions, ensuring value realization for the customer and alignment with business priorities. •Team Support: Coach project delivery teams to foster a high-performance culture and resolve escalated conflicts. **Must Have Skills :** •Strong understanding of AI concepts, including RPA, Generative AI, machine learning, and RAG methodologies. •Proven experience in senior customer-facing roles that require a mix of influencing, validating, negotiating, understanding and execution •Expertise in managing complex AI delivery programs using Agile or Waterfall methodologies. •Strong AI service delivery and program management skills with the ability to synthesize customer success outcomes into well-structured program plans that deliver against such outcomes •Understanding of AI platforms, APIs, and cloud-native tools to bridge technical and business teams. Clear articulation of technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. •Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships effectively. •Strong analytical skills to proactively address risks, resolve issues, and optimize delivery outcomes. •Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability within delivery programs. •Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor delivery teams while fostering employee engagement. **Nice to have skills :** •Foundational or higher-level certifications in AWS, GCP, or Microsoft AI services to ensure familiarity with AI/ML tools, data pipelines, and deployment on cloud platforms. •Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulatory frameworks impacting AI solutions. •Skills to drive customer adoption and successful implementation of AI technologies. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or an advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus. **Experience:** •10 -14 years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in AI, Automation, or Digital Transformation roles. •Proven experience managing AI/ML projects, RPA, or Agentic Process Automation initiatives. •Strong track record of leading complex enterprise engagements with executive stakeholders. •Experience working with AI/ML frameworks, automation platforms, and cloud-based AI services. **Certifications (Preferred):** •PMP/PRINCE II certification. •AI/ML certifications (e.g., Google AI, AWS Machine Learning, Microsoft AI-900, or equivalent).
