Sr. Solar Foreman- Commercial Solar
**Job Title: Sr. Solar Foreman** + _This posting is for an existing vacancy._ **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Solar Foreman to oversee and manage solar projects with a focus on utility-scale and commercial installations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all scopes of work are completed efficiently and on schedule. **Responsibilities** + Actively supervise and manage subcontractors on-site to ensure high-quality work and adherence to timelines. + Oversee the planning and execution of construction activities related to solar projects, including photovoltaic (PV) installations, chargers, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). + Ensure that all project deadlines are met across various scopes of work. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience in solar project management, preferably in utility-scale projects. + Proficiency in solar labor, construction planning, and solar installation management. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong background in solar management and construction management. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and innovative company where your expertise in solar project management will be highly valued.
