**Job Summary:** **onsemi** is seeking an energetic, highly organized individual to supervise the work area within material fabrication. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in fabrication methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. This position directly supervises the day-to-day activities and work priorities of employees in the Fab Department and will assist with technical problems and recommend solutions and process improvements. This position has input into the hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews of personnel.
