Our SDETs work with our development teams, focusing on providing the best products for our valued customers. This is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. If you have a passion for product quality, love technology, and enjoy thinking outside the box, you are who we are looking for.  Core Requirements and Responsibilities:  Essential job functions included but not limited to the following:    Design, develop, and maintain advanced, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks (e.g., BDD, TDD) using programming languages such as C#., Java and Python.  Work within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), actively participating in all phases of the development lifecycle.  Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to understand business and technical requirements.  Contribute to analysis, design, development, estimation, planning, support, and retrospectives throughout the Agile process.  Define test strategies and create comprehensive test plans aligned with organizational quality goals.  Design and implement automation frameworks for Web UI (Desktop and Web Applications), APIs, and Web Services using Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, REST Assured, Postman etc.  Develop well-structured test cases and maintain detailed documentation for test plans and execution.  Maintain and manage test environments, ensuring stability, configuration consistency, and readiness for automated and manual testing.  Generate and manage test data for automation tests, including creating reusable data sets, managing dynamic data, and implementing data cleanup strategies.  Continuously research and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance automation efficiency and software quality.  Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for automated test scripts, ensuring high coverage and reliability.  Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Identify and report software defects with clear, detailed descriptions and collaborate on resolution.  Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous regression testing and quality assurance.  Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust automation governance and adherence to development standards.  Define and monitor product quality metrics, collect and report data at project and release levels.  Review application code for quality and testability, providing constructive feedback to development teams.  Analyze quality metrics to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement, driving innovation and platform enhancements.  Exhibit excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, working effectively both independently and in team environments.
