This role is hybrid and requires you to be at a Client office (Toronto) at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Ability to lead teams through successful grooming, planning, execution and delivery phases by utilizing industry best practices, while ensuring highest degree of stakeholders' satisfaction and team happiness.
Ability to lead, plan, execute and evaluate project activities, contributing to team's direction and function; providing advice to the team and delivery leadership.
A record of successful agile transformations of waterfall or no-methodology teams.
Advanced knowledge of agile theory, methodologies, and practices; estimation / sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution and facilitation techniques.
Experience of training teams and wider organization on agile theory and concepts.
Knowledge of current and emerging agile methodologies and approaches.
Experience in driving resolution of complex problems paired with ability to identify viable and often innovative solutions.
Champion the timely communication of issues and encouragement of good working relationships with other functions and teams.
Ability to support an environment where team freely escalates challenges; facilitates change through positive reinforcement of successes.
Advanced knowledge of agile metrics and forecasting techniques, conducting operational reviews & health checks.
Certified Scrum Master and 8+ years of Scrum Master experience.
Experienced Scrum Master capable of supporting 2+ simple to complex pods/agile teams simultaneously.
Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques.
Skill in using computer applications including Jira and Confluence.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form to all levels and types of stakeholders (i.e. business, technology, sponsors and control functions).
GOOD TO HAVE:
Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques.
Experience in Payments systems.
Experience implementing scaled agile methodologies

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000–$145,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
