About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across our AI-driven product teams. Our platform focuses on building LLM-powered agentic bots, assistants, and custom AI agents that integrate with cloud services. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Agile best practices, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives)Coordinate with external teams, especially on platform dependencies or integrations (e.g., APIs, cloud, AI services)Guide and coach cross-functional teams on Agile principles and Scrum practicesRemove blockers and enable team members to focus on delivering valueFoster a high-performing, collaborative, and self-organizing team cultureCollaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized backlogTrack sprint progress and report key metrics and insights to stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives and feedback loopsSupport education and adoption of Agile mindset within teams applying AI in their own projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or a related field (master's preferred)5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, with at least 3 years as a Scrum MasterCertified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certificationStrong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams in a fast-paced environmentExcellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skillsComfortable working with technical teams building AI-integrated systems (APIs, cloud, ML/LLM workflows)Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.

Nice to Have

Experience in applied AI/ML or software projects involving LLMs, data, or API-heavy backendsExposure to agentic AI design patterns or NLP engineeringExperience in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe)Background in software development or technical project managementFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
