This position reports to Team Leader, Account Sales Group of Sales Department, and holds full accountability for the assigned accounts, in terms of managing order taking activities, pipeline management, new prospects development, AR collection and overall customer satisfaction.
It is a senior graded position of sales account manager job where the main roles & responsibilities are identical to sales account managers but with higher expectations – for example, taking charge of more difficult client, given higher order booking targets, and expected to demonstrate deeper account management competencies.
Develop new markets/accounts that will become core business in near future.
Develop sales initiatives for target market/account and achieve maximization of order intake.
As activities for ‘Account Management’, create and make progress Account plan and Action plan.
Build strong relationships with target customers.
Manage customer information, opportunities progress and own activities (customer visits, etc) by utilizing CRM.
Follow company pricing policies and offer appropriate pricing in accordance with the commercial conditions and approvals.
Achieve main KPI targets in a professional manner.
Perform other duties assigned to sales in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
Education/degree
Bachelor’s degree in either Engineering or Business is required.
MBA is a good addition.
Work Experiences
10+ years sales experience as sales representative, sales engineer or other sales related role.
Experience of Solution sales (not route sales) and account management.
Using CRM experiences are highly desired.
