We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders. This role is responsible for driving strong hiring outcomes, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, and continuously improving recruiting practices through data, process, and partnership. This is a contract position for 3 months.
When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life.  We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Dallas office three days a week. How you'll make an impact:Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles, from intake through offer acceptancePartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and hiring timelinesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse and qualified pipelinesConduct recruiter screens that effectively assess skills, experience, and role alignmentGuide interviewers on best practices, structured interviewing, and evaluation criteriaManage candidate communication throughout the process to ensure a consistent, professional experiencePartner with Talent Coordination and Operations to ensure efficient scheduling and process executionProvide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring dynamicsUse data to track progress, identify risks, and inform hiring decisionsContribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and interviewer enablementWe could be a Match if you have:5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling environmentExperience hiring for complex or specialized roles (e.g., technical, product, design, or business roles)Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teamsAbility to assess candidates against defined competencies and role expectationsComfort navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience using ATS and recruiting tools to manage pipelines and report on progress$45 - $50 an hourThe compensation range listed above is representative of the base salary offered.
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Dallas, TX. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city, state, and country), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.#LI-CENTRAL
