What the role offers:
Create test plans, test cases and test scenariosHandle the testing of assigned components independentlyParticipate in test automation and load testingApprise the QA Lead/PM of the status on regular basis.Analyze the risks involved in completing the tasksBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field/ MCA with 5-7 years of experience in software development.Experience in manual / automated testing of Client-server and web based applicationsExperience in integration/system testing and load testing Develop and maintain test strategies and test cases while performing all testing activities including functional, integration and regression testingCommunicate test coverage, risks to all the stakeholders on regular basisWork independently on specialized assignments within the context of project deliverablesParticipating in formal reviews of test plans, designs and requirements documents.Good team playerExcellent oral and written communication
What you need to succeed
Selenium scriptingMaintain the Automation Framework.Testing TechniquesUnderstanding of SDLCPerformance/Load testing using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, etcIntegration/system testingHands-on knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQLTesting best practices, test coverage, reportsKnowledge of Agile/SCRUM development processesKnowledge of API Testing using open source toolsSecondary SkillsQuality Process OrientationFunctional UnderstandingKnowledge of web security/OWASPLoad Runner scriptingExcellent oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of WCAG
