Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine **We are searching for the best talent for** **Sr. Project Supervisor** **to be in** **São Paulo – Home based position** **.** **Purpose:** The Sr. Project Supervisor position in PES (Partnerships & External Supply) is accountable for supporting the flawless execution of Tech Transfer Projects (PDPs) and the External Manufacturing operation. **You will be responsible for:** • Project team coordination for on-time execution and communication of PDP • Follow up throughout project process with overall responsibility for the successful execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the projects detailed activities. • Own the projects documentation process, activities, and results. • Collaborate with projects planning & scheduling to ensure effective customer service. • Balance among standards, strategies and business needs to guide well-informed decisions. • Ensure resources develop their capability in tools and processes vital for efficient operation of the programs. • Monitor status of projects, provide technical interpretation support, ensure adherence to policies, procedures, government regulations, and customer specifications. • Build and prioritize multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams, resource analysis, establishes accountability and timeline to drive business results and resolve inter-functional issues. • Coordinate and support the interactions of internal and external teams – such as meetings, events, trainings, etc. • Keep management aware on project and program status by crafting, maintaining, and presenting reports. • Provide appropriate recommendations based on industry trends, internal benchmarking, and partner/vendor relationships. • Seek out continuous improvement opportunities and coordinates timely implementation of any initiative. • Support the External Manufacturing operation (contracts, governance and projects). **Qualifications / Requirements:** • Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Science, Engineering, Business or a related field) • Desirable Project Management qualification/certification (ex: Masters, PMP, etc). • Advanced English Skills. • Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. • Works and communicates well with others in a team environment. • Experience in working with project in a high regulated business. • Comfortable working across multiple geographically dispersed locations **Required Skills:** **Preferred Skills:** Agility Jumps, Analytics Insights, Business Alignment, Coaching, Communication, Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), Cross-Functional Collaboration, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), Persistence and Tenacity, Problem Solving, Process Oriented, Project Management Methodology (PMM), Project Management Office (PMO), Project Management Tools, Project Reporting, Statement of Work (SOW)
