Senior Project Manager - New Product Introductions (Pharma)Location: Onsite in Spokane, WA

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role requires strategic oversight, cross-functional leadership, and a commitment to delivering projects that meet business objectives, compliance standards, and customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:Lead large-scale, cross-functional NPI projects from concept through completion.Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements throughout all phases.Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and proactive issue resolution.Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for technical and operational challenges.Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on project status, risks, and financial performance.Facilitate collaboration across Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Science, or Business (Master's or MBA preferred).PMP certification requiredMinimum 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in NPI or product launch within pharmaceuticals or regulated manufacturing.Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI, and project management methodologies.Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP compliance, and product lifecycle management.Preferred Experience:Aseptic and cleanroom environments.Familiarity with portfolio management and resource planning.Behavioral Skills:Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve conflicts constructively.Why Join Us?Onsite role in Spokane, WA with paid relocation assistance.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunity to lead high-visibility projects in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.No State income tax in Washington - instant raise!
