What You BringEssential Skills + 6+ years of technical or engineering experience. + Proven experience managing projects through the full lifecycle: inception, design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning. + A proactive, detail-oriented mindset paired with strong teamwork skills. + Experience managing contractors and driving continuous improvement. + Strong safety leadership (EHS) and comfort working with both contractors and union personnel. + Ability to make sound decisions with limited data and adapt as project needs evolve. Additional Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. + Familiarity with stage-gate project workflows and industry standards (PMI, CII). + Working knowledge of PSM processes. + Experience in chemical processing or oil & gas industries. + SAP experience in project, maintenance, or purchasing modules.
