Sr. Project Manager
Job Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Project Manager position in the Fox Valley area. This newly created role involves overseeing installation projects and leading a small team of Project Managers across multiple locations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, relaxed work environment and is ready to drive operational excellence for a private equity-backed organization.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage crane installation projects in Neenah, coordinating with Project Managers in other locations such as Michigan and Boston.Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, delivery, and post-project review.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.Manage installation crews, including scheduling, contractor selection, and on-site logistics such as trucking, routing, delivery, and unloading.Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams (engineering, production, procurement, installation) and external partners.Collaborate with purchasing on purchase orders, timelines, and vendor expectation plans, ensuring consistent follow-up on project milestones.Oversee project financials, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, spend, customer satisfaction, and team performance.Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows and introduce new tools or methodologies.Utilize project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, and Agile, remaining open to adopting new systems that enhance efficiency.Attend initial job bids, meet customers, and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.Foster a relaxed, collaborative environment—blue jeans and sweatshirt attire welcome.Lead by example with a 'boots on the ground' approach, willing to get hands dirty alongside the team.Skills and Qualifications Required
3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or industrial settings.Skills in timeline management, expectation setting, and cross-functional coordination.Experience managing million-dollar projects and installation crews.Technical proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and Agile.Ability to travel occasionally to other locations such as Michigan and Boston to support direct reports and visit facilities.Experience in financial oversight and KPI tracking.Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexible hours. The position requires limited travel. The team culture embraces a relaxed and collaborative environment, where blue jeans and sweatshirt attire are welcome.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
