**Our client, a leader in large-scale fire and life safety systems integration, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join their team.**
As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be part of the Program Management Office supporting national fire alarm installation programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Sr. Project Manager
**Location:** Oakland, CA
**Pay Range:** $150,000–$170,000/year
**What’s the Job?**
+ Oversee all aspects of multi-year, multi-site fire alarm installation programs
+ Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
+ Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and FAA background requirements
+ Coordinate internal teams and external partners to meet deliverables
+ Monitor progress and resolve issues to ensure successful project execution
**What’s Needed?**
+ 5+ years of experience in construction project management on large-scale programs
+ 3+ years of experience with Fire Alarm, BMS, or Security systems
+ Familiarity with NFPA 72, NFPA 101, and fire alarm system standards
+ Strong time management, scheduling, and communication skills
+ Must be able to pass an FAA background check
