This role is hybrid and requires you to be at a Client office at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time.
The Senior Project Control Officer (PCO) will support the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives across digital, data, cloud, and banking platforms. This role is responsible for driving project execution discipline, financial governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication while enabling Agile delivery practices across cross-functional teams.
1. Support end-to-end delivery of digital, data, cloud, and banking technology projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, milestones, and dependencies in alignment with enterprise delivery standards.
2. Drive Agile execution by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting Product Owners with backlog prioritization, and removing impediments to enable predictable, high-value delivery.
3. Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, vendor invoices, and variance analysis to ensure projects remain within approved financial thresholds.
4. Oversee risk, issue, and change management, maintaining RAID logs, conducting impact assessments, and ensuring adherence to governance, audit, and compliance requirements.
5. Prepare and deliver executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and project health metrics for senior leadership and steering committees.
6. Engage and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, including supplier risk and procurement teams, to ensure effective onboarding, contract compliance, and ongoing collaboration.
7. Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards, delivery frameworks, and regulatory expectations within a financial services environment.
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying delivery inefficiencies and recommending process enhancements.
1. 5+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery of digital, data, cloud, and banking technology projects.
2. 5+ years of experience driving Agile delivery, including facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and collaboration with Product Owners.
3. Strong expertise in project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and vendor management.
4. Proven experience managing RAID, change control, and governance processes in regulated environments.
5.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present clear, concise updates to executive audiences.
6. Experience working with vendors and third-party partners, including coordination with procurement and supplier risk teams.
7.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.

Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000–$130,000. This role is an existing vacancy."
