Sr. Product Manager - Tech, Enterprise Engineering
Description In this exciting role, you will own the Product Vision and Roadmap for the Meeting and Messaging apps used by Amazonian employees globally. A key part of this role involves diving deep with 3P SaaS partners to understand their product, and influence their roadmap based on your customer (Amazon employees) needs. A second key part of this role involves creating the roadmap for first party integrations with Meeting and Messaging apps. This includes defining product requirements, leading design in partnership with UX resources, and collaborating with builder teams to launch world class Meeting and Messaging integrations. Key job responsibilities Deeply understanding your customer requirements for Meetings and Messaging Work closely with UX resources to review research and design Write clear and compelling documents and present to Exec leadership Deliver across multiple internal engineering teams Develop close partnerships with 3rd party SaaS providers Bring innovative ideas to improve employee productivity Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred Qualifications - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Experience building integrations with leading Meeting and Messaging applications like Zoom, Slack, Teams and Webex Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
