The Worldwide Retail Growth and Development team is responsible for the strategic planning, acquisition, design, construction, launch, and maintenance of Amazon Worldwide Grocery Stores' real estate assets. This includes Whole Foods Market, Amazon Grocery Stores, and Amazon Grocery Logistics.
We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to align the vision and set the roadmap for 3P construction and facilities management products that are used to scale Amazon's grocery footprint and maintain the fleet of existing stores. This role will heavily partner with store development, facilities, store ops, finance, and tech partners while driving the consolidation of our 3P product suite. Additionally, this role will also manage the and contracts and software budgets of 3P tools. This role will directly impact the long term strategy and success of Amazon's grocery ventures. Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and customer engagement for 3P Construction and Facilities Management products.
- Maintain a 3-yr roadmap aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
- Own 3P software contracts and budgeting.
- Drive the consolidation and adoption plans for duplicative products within our customer base.
- Deeply understand the customer need, and translating that into requirements that can be developed by tech teams.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure product success and customer impact.
- Identify complementary use cases across Amazon to extend product value.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Domain knowledge of physical construction process or facilities management.
- Experience with financial ERP systems and integrations.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
